Here are a few of our favorite finds from our quest for all things Hampshire County this week that we shared on Facebook and Twitter and you might have missed.

Catching a glimpse of the paragliders floating down over Easthampton after launching from Mt. Tom is one of our favorite things to see when the weather's just right. Watching them launch while you're hiking is even better! An evening over Mt. Tom from John Gallagher on Vimeo captures this moment perfectly and let's you float for a while, too.

Zipcar surprised us with a Local's Guide called "Birds of Prey and Barbeque. Northampton's Got It All." Starting with a hands-on experience at New England Falconry and lunch at Wildwood Barbeque in Hadley, the itinerary is much more than Northampton and we love that! Once you get to Northampton, the writer takes you to some top spots: Faces, Herrell's Ice Cream, Smith College Museum of Art (free through August 2014!) and Viva Fresh Pasta. We would definitely recommend spending a day like this!

We found out that the History Channel's American Pickers is coming to New England and the show's hosts want to pick through our stuff in western Massachusetts. If you know someone who meets the bill, send this his or her way!
