If you’re looking to shake up your fitness routine this summer and try something new even while you're traveling, there’s plenty of unique options in Hampshire County in western Massachusetts! There are weekly drop-in group cycling rides, hooping classes, and certainly no shortage of daily classes at our yoga studios and even a handful of unique classes in famous gardens, breweries, and more. For the more adventurous and experienced, there’s even aerial yoga at the local circus training studio.

Yoga in the Brewery
There’s a new use for the brewery tasting room and it’s a pop-up yoga studio. And with over a dozen breweries in Hampshire County, there’s plenty of venues for it! Antilogy on Tap Yoga hosts classes at many western Massachusetts breweries with regular classes at Abandoned Building Brewery in Easthampton, Brew Practitioners in Florence and Fort Hill Brewery in Easthampton. The next classes are Sunday, June 26 at Fort Hill Brewery;  Wednesday, July 6 at Abandoned Building; and Sunday, July 10 at Brew Practitioners.

Yoga in the Winery
If you would prefer to hydrate after yoga with wine, classes at our local wineries are starting to pop up. On Saturday, July 16, join yoga instructor Amy for an hour-long class at Mineral Hills Winery in Florence. Class includes a tasting or glass of your favorite Mineral Hills wine.

Yoga in the Garden
This summer, see the grounds of the Emily Dickinson Museum in a whole new way with Saturday morning yoga classes in Dickinson’s famous garden.
