Come Find Your Side of Massachusetts

After our daughter Coco was born, it became clear that we wanted to be here in western Massachusetts and not in California,” says Roger Taylor, co-owner of Coco & The Cellar Bar in Easthampton. “There’s a sense of community here. There are things here you can’t get anywhere else. From the changing of the seasons to the produce, there’s just so much going on.”

Roger and Unmi’s story is one of many like it in Hampshire County. It’s the story of discovering what it means to feel at home, doing exactly what you love and sharing a piece of your home with others (by way of a restaurant in this case!).

In western Massachusetts, farm to table is how we like to dine best. Coco is not alone as a restaurant where the seasons decide the menu and the ingredients are as local as can be. At Coco you’ll discover the bounty from local farms like Yard Birds in Williamsburg or any number of the farmer’s markets in the region; fresh bread from The Hungry Ghost in Northampton; and local wine from Black Birch Vineyard in Southampton, to name a few.

COME FIND YOUR SIDE.  Maybe you'll discover a new place where you feel at home, too.
